The Swedish folk duo First Aid Kit have taken the world by storm since their start in 2007. First Aid Kit released their first album, “The Big Black and the Blue”, in 2010. Since then, the Söderberg sisters, Klara and Johanna, have released several albums and singles and have gained international attention and acclaim for their harmonious vocals, poetic lyrics, and melodic instrumental arrangements. Among their most famous songs are “Emmylou”, “My Silver Lining”, and “Stay Gold”. They have also performed at major music festivals around the world and have been nominated for several awards, including a Grammy.
Their latest album, Palomino, takes listeners on an emotional journey with a more stripped-down sound than before. Now, First Aid Kit takes the stage during Way Out West’s evening at Gothenburg’s Anniversary Festival!
On the evening of June 4th, the Way Out West festival takes over all three stages at the Gothenburg Anniversary Festival. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age.
