And smoked salmon. Then came the question, can we combine these favorites into a wonderful herring filling and we did of course. After a number of tastings, we are now doing what we think is so fun, combining simple and tasty ingredients into new combinations. Preferably with locally produced ingredients. Our inlays are made by hand in Ytterby outside Gothenburg, which gives them the good taste of the West Coast
