Since the 17th century, coinciding with the founding of Gothenburg in 1621, the vineyard Cal Cassanyes has grown and produced wine. The family is continuing the tradition under the brand name Oriol Rossell. Small batches ensure the quality of the wine, obviously with organic farming. The cava has been allowed to ferment at low temperature and has been stored for at least 12 months to achieve a balanced freshness.
